Saturday, December 6

8 am - 11 am
Breakfast with Santa at St. Stephen Reformed Church, 249 East Main Street. Free breakfast and children’s crafts.


8 am - 7 pm

Meadow Creek Barbecue Supply, 140 West Main Street. Spend $25.00 and you will be entered in a drawing to win a Green Mountain Pellet Smoker.

9am - 3 pm
Toys for Tots Collection at Northwest Savings Bank, 201 West Main Street. Stop in for hot chocolate and cookies and make a donation to this worthy cause. Learn to make Creative No Bake Christmas treats with Garden Spot Village Food Service 2-3 pm.

9 am - 5 pm
Lucky Dog Thrift Shop, 158 East Main Street. Enter a drawing for a gift basket.

9 am - 7 pm    
Fix My Computer Please, 205 East Main Street, will be open. Register to win a laptop.  

Hicks’ Clock Shoppe, 215 East Main Street. Register to win a Kit Cat Wall Clock.    

10 am - 3 pm
Friends of the Library Holiday Book Sale at the Elanco Library, 11 Chestnut Drive. New and used books for sale.
                
10 am - 6 pm
The Christmas Market  inside the Farmer’s Fair building at the corner of South Roberts Avenue and Franklin Street. Local vendors selling a variety of items including gifts, Christmas decorations and food for your holiday entertaining.

The New Holland Historical Society Museum, 207 East Main Street. Stop in and view their great collection of New Holland area treasures. Santa visits from 11 am - 1 pm.

Von Gehr Jewelry Shoppe, 203 East Main Street. Register to win a gift certificate.

Jean Moore Hair Shop, 127 East Main Street, will offer coupons for discounts off of hair services.

Model Train display by the Garden Spot Village Train Club at Jean Moore Hair Shop, 127 East Main Street.

10 am - 7 pm        
Legacy Used Books and Collectibles, 145 East Main Street. There will be a silent auction from 10 am until 6 pm.

New Holland Flea Market, 148 East Main Street, will be open. Register to win a nice prize.

11 am - 1 pm  
Santa visits the New Holland Area Historical Society Museum, 207 East Main Street.  Bring your camera and take pictures with Santa and riding on the town toboggan.

11 am - 5 pm
Pas De Chat, 107 East Main Street will have drawings for free dance apparel and gift certificates

11 am - 7 pm
Food Vendors on South Roberts Avenue.

11 am - 8 pm          
Lickity Split, 209 E. Main Street will offer house specials all day. Register to win a door prize.

11 am - 10 pm
Johnny's Pizza, 117 East Main Street will be open. Register to win a gift certificate from 1 - 3 pm.

Noon - 5 pm
Tangles Hair Studio, 112 East Main Street, will be open with a raffle for a gift basket of hair products.

Noon - 6 pm
“It’s a Wonderful Life” at Tri-County Chiropractic of New Holland, 142 East Main Street. Join them for an ornament decorating station, refreshments, music and a gift basket drawing.  

Theraflex Massage, 143A East Main Street presents Marty’s Flea Circus at 1 pm, 3 pm and 4 pm. Register to win a free massage.

Mrs. Santa visits the Christmas Market to read to children.

1 - 4 pm
Meet Alpacas from Eastland Alpaca Farm at the south end of Roberts Avenue in front of the Christmas Market.

Robert Berstecher D.D.S., 106 East Main Street will be open with light refreshments and a door prize drawing.

2 - 4:30 pm
Petra Christian Fellowship will bring their children’s train ride to Christmas on Main at the south end of Roberts Avenue near the Christmas Market.

2 - 3 pm
Learn to make Creative No Bake Christmas Treats with Garden Spot Village Food Service at Northwest Savings Bank, 201 West Main Street.

2 - 4 pm
Join Science Explorers and investigate the world of hands on science at the New Holland Ambulance Building on South Roberts Avenue.

2 - 5 pm        
Children’s Crafts & Activities at New Holland United Methodist Church, 120 West Main Street.

Evangelical United Methodist Church, 276 West Main Street, invites you to a coat and winter wear giveaway for all ages and free Christmas shopping for kids, where children can find gifts for the whole family.

2 - 6  pm
Stauffer’s Drug Store, 149 East Main Street will be open. Register to win gift baskets. Face painting from 3 - 5 pm.

3 - 4 pm
Trinity Lutheran Church, 221 East Main Street will present their “Afternoon of Music” featuring favorite Advent and Christmas music.
 
3 - 4:30 pm
Shear Artistry, 109A East Main Street, will be doing Children’s Tattoos.

3 - 5 pm
Face painting by the Kiwanis Club of New Holland at Stauffer’s Drug Store, 149 East Main Street.

An Ice Carving Demonstration throughout the afternoon by Kerrick Nettke at Towne Centre Green at the corner of Roberts Avenue and Main Street.

3 - 7 pm
Studio 23 Hair Salon, 129 East Main Street. Free samples and drawing for gift certificates. Live music from 4 - 7 pm.

Stop in and warm up by the fire at Loeffler-Pitt Dental Associates, 100 East Main Street. Open house, and light refreshments. Register to win a Sonicare Toothbrush.

Toadally Caribbean,114 East Main Street, stop in and check out this great new restaurant and register to win a gift certificate.

4 - 5 pm
Strolling musicians from Music on Main will be performing a variety of music throughout the downtown area.

Acoustical music performance by Bart Delp at Studio 23 Hair Salon, 129 East Main Street.

4 - 7 pm    
Carriage Rides leaving from Trinity Lutheran Church, 221 East Main Street and Meadow Creek Barbecue Supply, 140 West Main Street.  Carriage rides are one way only, so plan to stroll back through town or wait for the next carriage.

Enjoy a slide show highlighting New Holland’s past outside Trinity Lutheran Church, 221 East Main Street.

View a Live Nativity presented by Lighthouse Assembly of God in front of Gehman’s Accounting, 121 East Main Street.

Tinsel Tour Emerging Artist Showcase. As you stroll through town be sure to stop to view artwork by Garden Spot Middle School Students. Stops include Lickity Split Restaurant, New Holland Area Historical Society, Tri-County Chiropractic, Loeffler & Pitt Dental Associates, Studio 23 Hair Salon and Kling & Fanning.
            
Edward Jones Investments, 201 E. Main Street. Free Hot Chocolate Buffet. Live music 6 to 7.
            
Kling and Fanning, 131 W. Main Street. Open house with refreshments and live music by Garden Spot High School musicians.
            
Matthew Marte Agency, Nationwide Insurance, 128 West Main Street. Open house with giveaways and light refreshments.

The Cross Connection will be giving out free coffee, hot chocolate and candy canes at the corner of Roberts Avenue and Main Street.

Garden Spot Fire Rescue will show off their trucks on North Roberts Avenue.

New Holland Spanish Mennonite Church invites you to join them for hot chocolate and children’s crafts. The Clothing Bank will be open.

4:30 - 7 pm
New Holland Area Food Bank at Trinity Lutheran Church, 221 East Main Street will hold an Open House of the Food Pantry with hot cider and cookies. Monetary donations and donations of nonperishable food will be accepted.

5 pm
Santa’s Arrival (with a little help from Garden Spot Fire Rescue) at Towne Centre Green at the corner of North Roberts Avenue and Main Street.

5 - 6 pm
Bagpiper Jason Bachman, will perform at Towne Centre Green at the corner of North Roberts Avenue and Main Street.
    
New Holland Band Brass Ensemble will be performing along Main Street.  

Garden Spot High School Vocal Ensemble will sing Christmas carols as they stroll through downtown New Holland.
    
5 - 7 pm        
New Holland Ambulance Association will be having a coat and food drive and will have cookies, hot cider and handouts for kids near 116 East Main Street.

Spirit Wing will be performing contemporary Native American music at Studio 23 Hair Salon, 129 East Main Street.

6 - 6:20 pm
Join the New Holland Mennonite Church for Christmas carols at Towne Centre Green at the corner of North Roberts Avenue and Main Street.

6 - 7 pm
Musical entertainment by the Trio Jolie (flute, cello and oboe) at the New Holland United Methodist Church, 120 West Main Street.

Garden Spot High School Brass Band will perform as they stroll through town.


Radiance String Quartet will perform at Edward Jones Investments, 201 East Main Street.

Community Natural Food Store, 128 East Main Street, offer an in house sampling of selected food and nutritional products and 10% off selected items.

6:20 - 7 pm
Erin Varley will sing and play guitar at Towne Centre Green at the corner of North Roberts Avenue and Main Street.

7 pm    
Community Christmas Tree Lighting at the corner of North Roberts Avenue and Main Street.  

7:15 pm    
Christmas Tea at New Holland United Methodist Church, 120 West Main Street. End the evening with homemade Christmas cookies, coffee, tea and punch.
